This is the layer right above the connector service (#862). It will provide the functions offered by the remote authorities: CA: enrollment, renewal, revoke, unrevoke KRA: GenerateKeyPair, TokenKeyRecovery TKS: computeRandomData, computeSessionKey, createKeySetData, encryptData
Each remote function handler will take in required parameters, formulate and send requests to the remote authority and parse the response and return to the caller.
