Currently the location of the admin certificate is hardcoded to:
pki_client_admin_cert_p12 = <pki_client_dir> / <subsystem>_admin_cert.p12
The parameter should be configurable. This way the admin can specify the exact location of the file so there is no need to move/rename the file afterwards.
