#2530 Resource leak warnings in Eclipse

Eclipse reports resource leaks in several places. These warnings are apparently harmless, but they should be fixed.

The remaining task is to remove resource leaks in CMCAuth.java and CMCProcessor.java. The code may need to be split into smaller methods first.
