#2308 "invalid property rangeUnit" error when issuing a client certificate via pkiconsole

When issuing a client certificate, after editing (not modifying) client
certificate profile, "invalid property rangeUnit" error message appears. We
attach doc file describing error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  See screen shots in attachments in associated bug

Actual results:

Error "invalid property rangeUnit"

Expected results:

Properly able to edit the parameters and save the config

Additional info:

Marc Sauton has provided a manual work around, but need to provide fix for
console.
