Document 'pkideployment.cfg' and ALL of it's sections and various parameters in the Wiki.
In the future, this needs to find its way into some sort of "man" page.
This has been done in a man page. However, perhaps more detailed documentation is needed - say on a wiki or in the (eventually) RHCS docs.
Not sure we need a ticket for this at this point.
