Per discussions documented in PKI TRAC Ticket #1099 Rename "DRM/Drm/drm/Data Recovery Manager" ==> "KRA/Kra/kra/Key Recovery Authority" regarding breaking it up into smaller tickets, this ticket is specific to renaming the DRMTool to KRATool.
This particular enhancement needs to be addressed sooner rather than later to coincide with documentation changes which have already been made and released:
