Pkidestroy of a TPS instance installed in a shared tomcat throws error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Configure CA, KRA, TKS and TPS in a single tomcat instance.
2.Token enrollment/format works as expected.
3 Now pkidestroy TPS instance
# pkidestroy 
Subsystem (CA/KRA/OCSP/TKS/TPS) [CA]: TPS
Instance [pki-tomcat]: pki-master

Begin uninstallation (Yes/No/Quit)? Yes

Log file: /var/log/pki/pki-tps-destroy.20151020084142.log
Loading deployment configuration from
/var/lib/pki/pki-master/tps/registry/tps/deployment.cfg.
Uninstalling TPS from /var/lib/pki/pki-master.
pkidestroy  : WARNING  ....... Failed to update TPS connector on TKS
pkidestroy  : ERROR    ....... TKS Host or Port is undefined

Uninstallation complete.

Actual results:

Warning and the Error message is thrown (as shown above), TPS subsystem is deleted
and the corresponding files are removed.

Expected results:

Should not throw error message. TPS subsystem should be deleted.
