The NISAuth Authentication plugin is present in the CA's CS.cfg causing it to show up in the console, allowing the user to attempt to create a new Authentication Instance with this plugin. The plugin is no longer in the system, thus said attempt will be greeted with an error.
This can be fixed by removing the entries for this plugin from the CS.cfg.
