OCSP ee url returned by pkidaemon status tomcat shows an error page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. http://csqa2.idm.lab.eng.rdu.redhat.com:<unsecure-port>/ocsp/ee/ocsp is one
one the url listed under ocsp subsystem as an output of pkidaemon status tomcat
2. Access the url using firefox

Actual results:

An error page with the following message

The ocsp encountered an unexpected error while processing your request. The
following is a detailed message of the error that occurred.

    Error encountered while rendering a response.

Please consult your local administrator for further assistance. The Certificate
System logs may provide further information.

Per CS/DS Meeting of 08/03/2015: 10.2.7 (potentially 10.3 if https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1235043 Bugzilla Bug #1235043 - pkidaemon status tomcat list URLs under PKI subsystems which are not accessible' requires no fix.

Will also remove ' https://csqa2.idm.lab.eng.rdu.redhat.com:<secure-port>/ocsp/ee/ocsp' as it also appears to be a non-working URL.
