#1441 Lack of Interactive Installation Support (Cloning, Subordinates, Externals, HSMs, ECC)

Display the following message at the start of any interactive installation:

The following scenarios are not currently supported via interactive installation:
* Cloning
* Subordinate CA
* External CA
* Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
* ECC

Please refer to the 'pkispawn' man page for instructions on utilizing a custom configuration file.

NOTE: This is a stop-gap measure for RHCS 9.0; RHCS 9.1 will address these issues via the following tickets:

PKI TRAC Ticket #1435 - Interactive pkispawn does not work for cloning subsytems
PKI TRAC Ticket #1436 - Interactive pkispawn does not work for subca
PKI TRAC Ticket #1439 - Interactive pkispawn does not work for external CA
PKI TRAC Ticket #1440 - Interactive pkispawn does not work for HSM subsystems
PKI TRAC Ticket #1461 - Interactive pkispawn does not work for ECC subsystems
