#1287 Consider backporting Dogtag 10.2.1 to Fedora 21

The current product versions as they pertain to platform and source code branch are documented in this table:

Currently, the plan is to update Fedora 22 from Dogtag 10.2.1 to Dogtag 10.2.2.

This ticket proposes that Dogtag 10.2.1 be back ported to Fedora 21 which causes Dogtag 10.2.0 to become obsolete.

Per CS/DS meeting of 03/02/2015: 10.2.1

In order to create the appropriate SRPMS, it was necessary to first update the 'compose_functions' development script to comply with the changes made to [PKI TRAC Ticket #1211 - New release overwrites old source tarball]; these changes were added as https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/1211#comment:11 comment #11 to that ticket.

Next, the following builds were created:

Finally,each of the new builds was placed into Bodhi:
