TPS UI : Unable to delete a profile after adding a new profile from the UI with just the profile name

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Profiles page on TPS UI 2. Click on add 3. Enter the Profile name 4. Click Save
Actual results:
The profile is created without any State or properties. Select the profile and click Remove. An error message pops up.
Expected results:
An error message should be generated when trying to create a profile with just the profile name and no other information about the profile. There should be an option in the UI to paste/upload the list of profile properties
