The console source code is not included in Eclipse project classpath. This causes the console to be excluded from refactoring, reformatting, code clean-up, etc.
Fixing this problem may depends on fixing the duplicate com.netscape.certsrv.common package (ticket #113) and reorganizing the packages (ticket #114).
