Currently Dogtag is using junit4.jar in several places. In the latest JUnit package for F20 and F21 the file has been renamed to junit.jar. On F20 the package provides a junit4.jar link for backward compatibility, but it's not available on F21. The code needs to be modified to use junit.jar which will work on both F20 and F21.
