please add me Admin ACL rights to seamonkey/EPEL7 branch. It's recently unowned (or owned by gecko-maint?) which means nobody can control that ACL and we can't commit here.

Looking at the package and the timeline it seems no-one ever got commit or approveacls on the epel7 branch.
I granted your approveacls meaning you can give yourself commit and grant other's requests.
