Pkgdb support is needed for SCL implementation in Fedora.

I clarified with jreznik what he thought must be done. New branches should also provide view of maintainer of package in the branch. I guess everything happens automatically and pkgdb just show what's inside git right?

It's more the opposite, everything happens in pkgdb and sync to git.

I'm going to close this, SCLs are still not in Fedora and I don't see what is specific about SCLs that would need tweaking in pkgdb, especially now that we have namespaces.
When SCLs arrive and when we see there is something missing in pkgdb, we can re-open or create a new ticket :)
