I'd like to nominate myself to be a packager group sponsor, I'm part of the team RPMDev Latam, we are currently involved in the process of forming new packagers in different countries (especially in Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia and others) and I think it would be useful for them to have a sponsor located at the same latitude, the Latam community is constantly growing and from my perspective I see that will not stop generating numerous contributions to the Fedora Project. My objectives are to help and give guidance to anyone who could become a packager.

I have been working together with Eduardo. He was always nice and helpful, asked for support, where necessary. Currently, he's doing many reviews. Since his beginning of contributing to Fedora, he made an impressive start.

Eduardo is very active in package reviews and quick to response. His knowledge about packaging is worth to become a sponsor.
Eduardo is relatively new and his early reviews show some mistakes. However, he's been quick to learn and hasn't repeated a mistake once it was pointed out to him. It's been good having him available to unofficially mentor packagers from latam and I'd be happy to see him able to officially mentor new packagers.
