Create a one-page version of release notes (with screenshots) from the F12 release notes generated by the Docs team.

This is the first time that this deliverable has been tried, so also create a wiki page explaining the deliverable, how to make it, and linking to the F12 version as an example so that this will be easier to do in future releases.
