We need a bus to bring up to 40 people from Boston to Toronto and back. It should have AC power and not be too expensive.

Sent email to Local Motion of Boston to follow up -- best quote and professionalism, so they win at this point. No response yet, but will call shortly.
Talked to LM on 2009-09-30, and they are sending a proposal for our review/acceptance.
from Paul: "I've been trying regularly to reach Bruce Barrows at the LMoB office, who was supposed to work up our quote. I keep getting his voicemail but I've left him my cell # so he can reach me here in Utah. If I don't get a call back by Monday we'll have to go with another vendor."
I talked to Bruce this morning at http://localmotionofboston.com -- We have a bus reserved. He is preparing the quote and hopes to have it to me by tomorrow (2009-10-16). Probability is high that we will have a bus with a restroom, both power and wifi capabilities, and seating for 36 people. (We currently have 26 signed up.) The cost does look to be around $2700.
Bus booked, final quote accounted for. Mel Chua and Ian Weller are the FUDBus monitors for both directions of this EPIC RIDE.
