Create an installfest marketing kit.

First steps:

  1. check on costs for a newspaper ad for an installfest
  2. post specifications on what the installfest kit should contain in a comment on this ticket
  3. post any deadlines in a comment on this ticket
  4. reopen this ticket (remove yourself as the owner)
