Turns out your problem was common last night and easy to fix, as a result all the information was right in my buffer from helping other users.

It helped a lot that you were clear on what the problem was and willing to take the steps suggested to resolve it. That is not always the case for us. Some users want to be translucent with what the problem is, then fight and argue about the solution if one can be found, then they file a complaint ticket... sad sad souls.
