Please briefly describe the interaction that caused you to file this ticket: The channel user 'fenrus02' was trolling me for nearly an hour. Apparently he and his cronies find a delight in laughing on me a foreigner and my level of English. More over that operator user and his cronies was purposedly taking my time by playing obscure word games and asking unrelated questions with intent to create hassle for me and hinder me from resolving my support question. Without an actual intent of providing related help or admitting he cannot or don't want to give actual answers.

Please describe what action or positive change could be adopted based on this feedback: I think users and especially moderators must be informed about unacceptance of wasting Fedora users' time, that their USA heritage don;t give them a right to ridicule or confuse users of other nationality and language proficiency, and unacceptance of trolling users in support channel abusing their moderator status.

Just so it is noted several people tried to help this individual and the user refused to give details to exactly what he was doing in order to help. The user was given advice in which he refused to follow and kept insisting that others help him break his system. The trolling in which he speaks of was only fenerus02 telling him to "read the man page" and research for himself since he obviously was not going to provide information to help him to break his system either. All the information the user needed was in the man page had he read it he would have found the answer.
As for wasting a users time he instantly wasted several users time by asking the same question for at least an hour without providing details.
So it be known the user wanted to install a rawhide package on his Fedora 15 system. Again, when asked what package so someone might be able to help him he refused.
I have the logs. If need be I will publicly post them here but I did not want to waste others time in reading through over an hour of transcripts with him asking the same question over again and being given the same advice which he refused to follow.

What I mean to say is I agree, fenrus02's behavior was inappropriate. There is no reason czx should have been allowed to be abusive and disruptive to the channel for as long as they were. There is a limit of how much bullshit the channel should be forced to put up with just for the sake of not upsetting some self-righteous little prick like czx. The limit clearly needs to be lowered when czx's crap is allowed to go on for over an hour. I believe if fenrus02 would have "handled" czx sooner it would have been better for the channel.
