For days now I have been beating my head against the wall and asked a few times in the #fedora channel trying to find out why one of my machines would not boot the 2.6.35.14-96.fc14.i686 kernel. The machine was locking up on boot before any logging took place and I could not find out why. nirik came up with the solution in 5 minutes. Rebuild initramfs, I did so and it boots fine.
