I am frustrated by the response I got from a known problem user on irc and the fact that an op labeled me as a troll for getting upset at him.

This op in particular should not make these comments to a new fedora user:

The op is DiscordianUK and [R] is an irc user I've known for years from several different channels. He is very abrasive and always says 'read docs' or 'man this' and never offers any real help. The op called me a troll several times and acted like I was the bad guy. In any event, I did not appreciate this at all in the slightest and I believe this op should have handled things in a much more professional manner instead of 'flashing his headlights' as an op and calling me a troll several times when I am trying to get noob help.
