The logs in the ticket look unreadable so I attached them as a text file.

bmbouter,

This ticket was resolved in today's Fedora IRC SIG Meeting. See the full log here:

https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting/2015-08-27/irc-support-sig.2015-08-27-17.00.html/
https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting/2015-08-27/irc-support-sig.2015-08-27-17.00.log.html/

The "Nick Changes" section of the FAQ has been modified to give more of a concrete understanding. Here's the new text:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Channel_FAQ#Nick_Changes

Nick Changes

Similar to Away Messages, changing your nick repeatedly is annoying and creates needless noise in the channel. Changing your nick infrequently is fine, but regularly changing your nick in the channel is not acceptable and inconsiderate (eg instead of using /away to tell people your status). If you regularly make nick changes for some reason, please /part from #fedora during those times or adjust your client to not change your nick in #fedora.

Thanks for your feedback. I will mark this ticket as closed.
