ticket: I installed GRUB legacy through windows. epic fail.

Please describe what action or positive change could be adopted based on
this feedback: Instead of telling someone to do something like "mount that to..", to just tell them to "run this command in terminal" and explain what the command does if the person does not know it.
(i happened to know it, but if i wouldn't, an explanation or referral to a wiki or something could be nice).

Any additional notes or logs: got no logs because i used web client and closed to window :\
