Any additional notes or logs:

Thanks for your feedback!

You will note, by your own admission - the logs you attached, that you were in fact, making the problems worse for the user. You were told more than once to remain quiet.

I am not the one that made threats, in fact, the requester made the threats prior to being silenced.

You also left the #fedora channel on your own, without help.

Again, this is not the first, second or even third time you have been banned for being abusive to other user. Annoying and off-topic.

For example: How long has the requester been banned from #Fedora-fr where his native language is spoken?

The attached log remains unclear: the actual date of the incident was 2013-04-06, adjust as needed for your local TZ.

User even admits they were trolling:

<OzBorne> despite i made some trolling i want to learn

The longer this ticket remains open, the more problems this user presents.

Blatent disregard for others:

After a few minutes break, he returns with threats:

I would suggest a review again once this user is permitted back into #fedora-fr.

user wanted a howto

1) the world doesnt resolve around your anus grow up and learn some manners

2) you do not need to be the center of attention see #1

3) if you have a question about a Fedora issue ask it and wait, if no one answers you in ten minutes you may ask again, repeater as nessassary

4) if the channel is busy dealing with other issues wait, read and learn Do not POST

5) if you dont like the answer that is your issue not ours

6) Your own actions drive our actions, Our Actions have been consistent with you but you haven't changed your behaviour

7) you are NOT more important than anyone else in the channel See #1

I am in favor of an indefinite ban from channels ran by the IRC Support SIG. This user has had issues numerous times in various channels.

This ticket is on the agenda for today's meeting at 18:00UTC in #fedora-meeting on Freenode.net

This was discussed at our meeting last week.

We are going to keep the ban in place for the f19 cycle and ask the user to consider their actions and come back after that with a new approach.
