Ozbourne, My question to you is why do you want back in? you have been given several chances repeatedly and you continued with the same behavior. At this point I for one stand that you have at least a Release Ban (see ya in October).
You have been asked for logs as well.
I want to see the log where Evilbob banned you in #fedora
also I want to see the ban where you were banned from #fedora-social (i know it was not by Evilbob)
