Please briefly describe the interaction that caused you to file this ticket:
It took me nearly 30 minutes to: try to login username in use - try to find how to recover unable to recover, as email/username evidently don't match create new user login with link sent to email reset password find that i'm actually not logged in login to (finally) get the create new ticket link
please simplify. thank you!

BTW - https://fedorahosted.org/irc-support-sig/report/7 shows "no matches found" for my tickets... perhaps awaiting moderator; if this is the case, understood. Note on page saying submitted tickets will appear only after being processed would be nice.
There's not a whole lot we can do about the trac setup... but we are going to try and document things much better so folks know where to go and what to do.
