Tell us the following:

What do you need covered? I need hotel and travel from Montevideo (Uruguay) to Cusco (Peru). This should be, estimated in USD: hotel $100, travel $600.
If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? Partial subsidy won't help because is really expensive travelling from Uruguay.
What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) I'm a new Ambassador from a region that hadn't any representation in years. I also tried to organise a Montevideo located FUDCON. I think it would be important for me as Ambassador to see closely how these events work and where are the strong and weak points are in the LATAM community in order to successfully organise my own events and work better for the small Uruguayan community.
If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions. I have no specific time restrictions. Departure airport is Carrasco and arrival is in Cusco itself. I don't know the rest of information because is too early to book a flight.
Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take? No, I don't.

Travel is $833 as listed in the Puno FUDCON wiki.

Added to what I already stated below, I mean to give a talk about the use of Fedora by Arts oriented users.

I mean to give a talk about the uses of Linux in general and Fedora in particular for educational purposes. Taking experiences from OLPC / Ceibal project.

Hi - I understand that we've only just received the travel request and it's from FRA (Frankfurt) to the FUDCon. This is not what was approved. Please do not book this trip without a confirmation that we will reimburse.

I'm not in Montevideo and it's unlikely I will be by that time. If this is a problem, please close this ticket.

Hello.

My flight with two stops would cost around $954. I think a flight with few more stops might be cheaper. In any case, if the costs are too much I'm resigning my ticket as I don't mean to cause any kind of problem.
