Working on the Cambodia budget and improve situation in Cambodia for 2016 and as FUDCon 2016 will conduct in Phnom Penh, so it is good to be there for more discussion.

Depart from Phnom Penh to SG: Fly via Jetstar departing from Phnom Penh on December 3rd at 20:00 arriving at 23:05. I could ask a friend for a spare room to stay. Depart from SG to Phnom Penh: Fly via Jetstar departing from SG on December 7th at 18:10 arriving at 19:15.
The reason I choose one day in before and after the event because the ticket will go triple higher than this one.

My flight back ticket was charged in SG$ and it was 115.90, which is equal to US$82.9932 according to the oanda.com currency converter. so the Total is equal to $82.9932 + $93 = US$175.99

@Izhar pay yourself out, I reminded Somvannda several times to do the last steps. For me that is very simple, it violates simple our guidelines of Friends. A friend paid for me, so I have definitely take care that this friend gets his money back.
So pay yourself, we keep this behaivor in mind when the next ticket is brought
