I will be demonstrating Profiling and testing the python code using line_profiler, and how to make the code better and faster in performance and optimisation of the project. It will also help the audience to test their code, patches etc. and many projects would be benefited. Also most of the projects have started using/porting to python like gnome applications like GNOME-Music, etc and will be beneficiary to the whole of open source community.
If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

The deadline for subsidy requests was 30th April. However, since the amount requested for travel is small ($20), I'll bring this ticket up in our planning meeting. Since you're speaking at the conference, I will also check if we can arrange for accommodation at the hotel where we have provided accommodation for speakers.

I would be checking in on 27th June morning and checking out on 28th June evening.
I request you to book the room for me from 27th morning to 28th evening. And also I am accompanied by 2 participants, so it would be good if they can also be accommodated in MIT hostels (as P J P mentioned in the mail).

Sure, We'll take care of that. Could you please answer the other question too? i.e., if you're travelling from Mumbai, you could just hop into one of the cabs we're arranging from the Mumbai airport instead of taking the train. Would that be OK for you or do you want to come to Pune by train? If it is the latter, then please book a cab from the station and retain the receipt for reimbursement.

I don't see anyone requesting a cab on 26th. Lets go with you taking a cab to the venue (MITCOE) or the hotel. Please retain a receipt for the train ticket cost as well as the cab for reimbursement.

We'll be picking up international travellers from the Mumbai airport at different times from 24th night to 25th night.
I can catch a cab on 25th May (after lunch time). You mentioned that they are scheduled at different times, can I know around what time they might be coming so I can leave from home accordingly as there might be traffic.
Also if there is any contact of the cab, it would be helpful to communicate and if they can pick me up from Oberoi Mall (near highway on the way to airport), Goregaon.
