The e-ticket has a problem with the name. A Nicaraguan passport shows two given name and two surname. The e-ticket has the first surname as third given name and the second surname as first surname. As you can drop the second surname while booking a flight, having a second surname on the e-ticket is a mismatch that is beyond what is allowed for travelling.
Blanca went to Copa Airline and they can correct the ticket by re-issuing a new one but the will charge for it. I have been in contact with priceline as translator for requesting this correction. They have asked by a passport scan by email. The email was sent on 19th and we got reply by 23th that we should wait for 48 hours while priceline contacted Copa Airline to see how to resolve the issue. I have called priceline to give follow up twice. Both time they try to escalate the issue with a person with more authority and after holding for several minutes the line went dead.
We are running out of time. Can I go to Copa Airline office and pay with fedora community credit card for this correction?
