  My main objective for FUDcon is to educate other Fedorans about Fedora Badges, specifically how to design and create badge artwork. I have submitted a workshop on how to create Fedora Badges, which if I present will help to include more of the community in the project. Fedora Badges is currently hoping to attract new design mentees, and this would be a great chance for me(I am mentoring) to establish a relationship with these individuals. I would like to meet potential badge designers, acquaint them with the project and set them up to make badges. Attending FUDcon will also allow me to connect and interact with other Fedora contributors, learn new things and promote Fedoras international community.

Yes I will need a visa, which I have read can take up to two weeks. Information about what visa to obtain, and the best method to apply would be helpful.
I will also be renewing my passport which takes about a month.
