University suggested to hang a street banner in the roads accesing the university. This is cheap advertising method commonly used in Nicaragua. This will need tobe quoted, designed and contracted. We have to agreed to execut this.
Street banner made from cloths and manually painted cost C$ 500 + taxes. This is about USD 22 each. The idea was to have at least two. The price includes the instalations form telephone/electricity poles.
