We have to do a plan for the internet connection at the event, is known university no have a good connection for numerous people. So, we have to manage that and solve it.
The university will provide the internet. They have a 20Mb fiber optic connection. We need to find out details about bandwith management for the labs. We can compensate with 3g modems for speakers at the conference rooms and hacking.
