#50 Create welcome packet for hotel check-in

The welcome packet should contain:

A warm welcome letter
Instructions for Identi.ca/Twitter/blogging
A general schedule/agenda for FUDCon
Information about the hack suite
Information about FUDPub
A detailed map
Area vendors for food, supplies, and electronic/computer equipment

For FUDCon YYZ the wireless info was printed on the back of the badges. Putting them in the welcome package is good but only for those who actually get one.

I think we could also add the wifi passwords for when we're on ASU campus as well here.

I've started a draft of all the information here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:Tempe_2011_packet

Once we get this completed, we should pass off to design to turn it into something easy on the eyes / printable. (Or do that ourselves.)

Re-adding to meeting agenda now that we theoretically have a bit more time to work on it. Does anyone want to volunteer for any bits of this this week? Maybe we could talk to ke4zvu3 to put together some concise, good information on the microblogging stuff?
