Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take? Yes, we do required visa for Cambodian to enter China and the processing day will take 3 working days.

We will sponsor '''USD $230 ''' for your travel, and we will also sponsor you for '''three day's lodging''' in our chosen hotel during FUDCon.
However, since we have limited budget, we can not offer you full subsidy.
Since we do not have Red Hat employee in the organizing team, we can not buy your tickets, you should buy flight tickets by yourself and get it reimbursed after FUDCon.
For visa, we recommend you to apply for Visa L(travel visa) since it is easier and only need to provide flight ticket and hotel booking receipt.
As for the hotel booking receipt, since the hotel is located in the university campus, it will be pretty late when we get the booking receipt. So you might try book one on your own, since to our knowledge it does not have to be the same one as final lodging hotel.

thank you for sponsoring me, but I have checked the tickets in total is $431.81 that included the tax and airport fee, which I could not afford to pay for this amount. I am sorry that it was rush and I forgot to include the tax and airport fee. You can see as in this link http://i61.tinypic.com/30crcs3.jpg, so I would like to request you to sponsor at least $380.
For reimbursement, I think it is hard for me in Cambodia because we don't accept paypal, so if you could to help us sort it out during the event it would save the transfer fee.

After careful discussion among the organizing team, we have reached the agreement that we can not offer you additional subsidy. We are sorry if this means we cannot have you around on FUDCon Beijing. We hope you can find other ways to join the event and would like to offer help if needed.
Since we have some local sponsors sponsored FUDCon in the last minute, and some sponsored attendees did not come, we have some budget left after the conference. So we adjusted your sponsored amount.
As you show us your ticket by email, your flight ticket is much more expensive than you've said in the ticket. After careful discussion we decide to sponsor '''USD $423''' for your travel and '''three day's lodging''' in our chosen hotel during FUDCon.
