Accommodation for the FUDCon days (May 22-26) in the conference hotel. We both have the same itinerary and are willing to share a room. We don't know which hotel will be picked for sponsored people, but based on the recommended hotel prices the cost shouldn't exceed $400. If approved, do we have to book it ourselves?

We'd like to deliver a keynote on the state of the Fedora Project technology and community-wise. If we're not picked for the keynote, we'd like to deliver it as normal talks.

• If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.

We don't require airfare sponsorship.

• Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

Yes, we need a visa. It's usually one week, but we'd like to have all the papers necessary as soon as possible.
