Yes Robyn will need the receipts. For the plan ticket, please read [1] which could be easier for you. For the hotel, you can book and Robyn will pay the hotel for you on site. Of course, if you don't have a roommate, it would be hard for you to make your reservation.
Let me remind you that we don't have the block of room any more, free rooms are not guarantee.
Please see with the following list if you can find a roommate. Once you agreed, tel us and we will make the reservation for the whole room.

the room is booked and I do/will not share it. [http://www.booking.com/hotel/fr/de-geneve.html Hôtel de Genève] for 143 EUR (3 nights). I also can't cancel the booking, because it is not refundable. (thus price that low)

Why did you choose an other hotel, to be closer to the OWF?
Let's discuss that on site, that is not really more expensive than a shared one on the recommanded hotel.

I've got my trip approved late, so I wasn't able to use the bulk reservation for the Fedorians. I've booked hotel from the discounts bargains on booking.com that have 7+ rating, was as close as possible to the FUDCon place and had the reasonable price.
