The Courtyard is fairly close to the freight rails. There's a small chance some people might be disturbed by the noise, so let's plan on buying a box of blue :-) earplugs for them:

Do we still want to buy these ear plugs? If so, assign this to me and I'll do the buying.
These have been bought. And by "these" I mean only the earplugs, as these weren't able to arrive in time - but I did buy some fabulous other earplugs.
Total cost: $23.75 for 200 individually wrapped pairs. That aren't blue, but, silence is golden. :)
