Clint, you did some of this for FUDCon NA last year - can you possibly re-find the list of info we verified? (ports opened, etc)
I also recall that last year we had some blockage on freenode for # of people coming from the same IP address - can we address that in this ticket as well?
1) everyone will have their own address so I will get the Range of Address for the buildings we are in
ranges 172.31.48.0/21 and 172.31.56.0/21
