It would be very nice and helpful if with a partial subsidy my airfare could be covered. Booking is already done (2011-09-30 to 2011-10-03, leaving at 2011-10-02 makes the flight very expensive), here are my final costs:

This ticket was approved in the August 2nd subsidy meeting. We have agreed to pay for three nights in the hotel plus up to 133 Euros in airline tickets. Please note that since you've marked yourself as not sharing a room on the wiki, you'll need to either pay for half of the room cost out of your own pocket, or agree to share a hotel room with someone else.

I think the last comment belongs to #202 instead of this one. I don't need any invitation letter when travelling from Germany to Italy (which are both part of the European Union).
