Also, this will be an excellent occasion to make a smoother work flow and improve more the work that we have been doing this year. As each of us handle different topics we can create a schedule to handle those problems that most of the times we can solve in our meetings or mail list.

• ''As Mentor'': I will be able to meet other mentors and have (maybe) a small workshop to improve the way that we guide and teach new ambassadors to spread Fedora.

• ''As Ambassador'': Meet ambassadors from other countries can help me to get impressions of the work that is being done by other teams. Share experiences and create a small guide with tips from different regions can help us to provide to new ambassadors/users/developers a better resume of what Fedora is and is trying to do in the world.

• ''As Designer'': afaik, Mairin Duffy will be at FUDcon Tempe. This will be an opportunity to work personally with her at topics like: Fedora 15 mockups and design, Fedora Social Network GUI, Education-Design-Security-others Spin Artwork and community websites. Also, as we have been working together for a while on Marketing items, we can have time to list ideas to improve the way to provide artwork to all different events held in the world.

• ''As Marketing'': After work for >3 years doing events with 100<>3000 attendants, I will have an opportunity to improve the process that we actually follow and provide to our community a detailed -hand-book- to release at events around the world. I think that is important to have a pdf that people can download and read calm before start to fill wiki, ask for budget and other tasks. Also, this hand-book can teach how to ask for budget to other companies and increase the local sponsors quantity to help local teams without ask foreign founds all the time. Even so, this will teach them that events, can be done without founds too. Also, as I will help with FUDcon LATAM 2011, will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about how is organized outside LATAM and bring new ideas to our region.

• ''As Infra'': After talk for several weeks, get together design-marketing-infra teams, will help us to start developing Fedora Social Network [2]; which is a main project that, even if probably take a long term, will be the next step to handle community regular task at Fedora.

• ''As User'': Being so much at IRC, Mail List, Wiki and project; have an opportunity to meet that people who you work for more than 4 years is something that excite anyone. Also, use for over 5 years the same OS and be able to spread your ideas, projects and clarify your doubts is something that any contributor want to do.
