The bus has a capacity for 30 passengers, will be in the "Ciudad del Saber" to pick you up at 7:30 pm and bring you back at 12:00 midnight

I see that the bowling reservation needs a 50% deposit in advance. Is someone paying this? Is this another item which will have to be reimbursed on-site?

The bowling reservation also states that food needs to be ordered 4 days in advance. Are we ordering food, or are we waiting to see if budget is available? Who will be ordering the food, if it is ordered?

I can pay the 50% for the fudpub, and be reimbursed later.

The matter of food, if we can spend 200 dls on that I think it can be ok and it can be order before hand, as requested.

I just upload the recipt for the payment of 762.40 for the reservation of the extream bowling as the fudcon Panama fudpub

Food for the fudpub has a cost of $466.83. Needs to be ordered 5 days in advance. Robyn to add to budget spreadsheet.

Lokomurdok and aeperezt are placing the order for the food.
