As agreed on March 4th meeting the deadline for travel subsidies tickets will be on March 14th. First subsidy decision meeting will be on March 15th. Second subsidy decision meeting still needs to be scheduled.
I suggest to create an announcement in English to post on Ambassadors mailing list and other English only mailing lists, and someone can translate to Spanish and post on LATAM mailing list. I can translate the announcement to Portuguese and post on Brazilian mailing list.
I've talked to Alejandro today and organizers would like the FPL to make such announcement. Regional leaders can translate the announcement after that.
