Dry run Max's intro to the Bar Camp part of FUDCon, to make sure we're directing people properly, avoiding bottlenecks, and in general having a better result than last year.
Did this the night before and things went fairly smoothly. Might want to try having walkies or some other easy form of instant communication next year to keep people moving at BarCamp setup. Will add this to retrospective page.
