Need someone assigned to do this. We have the list of Sheraton guests, and can leave packets with the front desk along with the list of people to whom they should give one (or two, if we only have the room owner's name) at check-in time.
This should happen on Friday morning, since (1) it depends on the errata sheet, and (2) should happen before people start checking in there if possible.

Although we didn't leave these with the Sheraton, we provided plenty of information so that most Sheraton lodgers could join us at the hospitality suite Friday night and retrieve packets as needed.
