Set up a wiki page where we can craft an announce@fp.o email.

Email should go out Tuesday or Wednesday.

Content should include:

• Hooray FUDCon
• Don't forget to blog, sponsored attendees!
• Direct link to "how to get your shuttle"
• General wiki link
• Hotel addresses and phone numbers
• If you have some issue at the airport getting your transportation or other issues upon arrival, call (Robyn @ her cell, anyone else who volunteers). I am lazy is not an issue. :)
• If you anticipate being unable to call or pay for alternate transport (because you're coming from a foreign country), please contact the FUDCon planning list asap to make arrangements.
• Please, please, please, read the wiki and ask questions NOW.
• Anything else I am forgetting.
