#986 SUDO Add dialogs with external have alignment problems for users, hosts.

Note that this is not an issue for groups. It has something to do with the "External" box at the bottom of the page.

There is a white border around the prospective column that gets out of alignment, too. It is an issue on all pages, but much more pronounced on the external pages.

If it is a visible UI problem we should fix it.
